Will I pay the international fee?
Hidoes does not charge any extra fee from our customers. The international fee depends on your payment bank, some banks may charge the fee. If you have more concerns about it, please contact the bank directly.
Why the payment failed?

When does the warranty time start?
Hidoes provide a 1-year limited warranty for the bike, and the battery warranty period is 6 months.
Warranty time is calculated from the day you receive the product.
Do you offer assembly services for your electric bikes?
No, our electric bikes come mostly assembled with easy-to-follow instructions. You can also find assembly videos onour videos.
Are the batteries included with the electric bikes?
Yes, all of ourelectric bikescome with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
If I'm having trouble assembling my electric bike, how should I go about it?
The ebike is 90% assembled when you receive it. Assembly time is approximately 30 minutes after opening the box and following the instructions and installation video. Inside the box there is a complete setup tool accessory for you to set up the bike.
