Will I pay the international fee?
Hidoes does not charge any extra fee from our customers. The international fee depends on your payment bank, some banks may charge the fee. If you have more concerns about it, please contact the bank directly.
Why the payment failed?
If you pay by credit card, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud.
It's a good idea to check your text message or email to authorize the purchase or contact your card issuer, and lift the fraud alert on this payment, so they will let you proceed.

When does the warranty time start?
Hidoes provide a 1-year limited warranty for the bike, and the battery warranty period is 6 months.
Warranty time is calculated from the day you receive the product.
Do you offer assembly services for your electric bikes?
No, our electric bikes come mostly assembled with easy-to-follow instructions. You can also find assembly videos on our videos.
Are the batteries included with the electric bikes?
Yes, all of ourelectric bikescome with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery.

Good quality and comfortable to ride feels like a motor cycle, the only thing I can say is I wish there was a little bit more leg room that being said there is the possibility of changing the seat which can help ,would recommend as a good purchase.
Bikes great I get complements everyday people want to know where i got it as they haven’t seen one as nice as mine the only negative it would have been nice with a electric back light and had to raise the front of the seat built it up with washers so as not to slide forward great.
So far love it didn’t take more then a couple of rides
Just put 100 miles on my b10 today and I gotta say I love it. It's running like I just got it, it goes up hills with ease and it pretty quick topped out at 28ish but had it don't 45 down hill today and it was smooth as butter
The cowboy-shaped bicycle is very cool. When I ride it out, my neighbors like it very much.
